朋友住係南昌附近 ,話最近係間Service Apartment 開左間bar,想同我聚下。呢日我出job, 搭屯馬綫去到南昌站行一陣就到。個bar area 幾舒服,裝修特別,櫃架放左好多不同類型嘅酒。我地叫左一杯 happy hour ,同埋6款Signature Cocktail .Gin Tonic :經典cocktail,混合Tonic Water 同Gin 而成,Happy Hour 由1點至7點都有供應Sour Guava 番石榴梅子高球 :以Tequila為底加入了台灣水果番石榴汁和梳打水。酸酸甜甜同淡淡酒香,容易入口,杯邊有梅粉和金不換粉點綴。Cyclone Bitter 苦瓜菠蘿旋風 :底酒使用了柚子甜酒和Gin,酒感稍重,結合沖繩的苦瓜和菠蘿風味。我平時不喜歡苦瓜,但它先苦後甜,有層次感,好有新鮮感!Cold Brew Gardenia Tea 梔子花茶:呢杯結合了蜜桃甜酒和香港釀造的NIP Gin。它帶有清茶的香氣,仲有回甘味。用茶杯飲用Cocktail ,人生第一次!Sticky Rice 糯米飯:用了白冧酒、黑糯米酒、芒果果茸和檸檬,上面仲有椰奶奶蓋,整體甜

Gin Tonic :
經典cocktail,混合Tonic Water 同Gin 而成,Happy Hour 由1點至7點都有供應

Sour Guava 番石榴梅子高球 :

Salted Soy Milk Martini 豆腐馬天尼:
Vodka加上大地魚粉、苦精和豆漿。味道比較鹹,有焗脆油炸鬼作點綴。超大膽的組合,味道帶有蝦醬的風味,意想不到嘅驚喜。

Stardust Penicillin 班蘭盤尼西林:
Whisky底,偏有酒感,融合了馬來西亞的斑蘭和咖央的風味。奶蓋上有開心果碎,口感綿密,好似食甜品咁。

從classic的Gin Tonic到超創新嘅seasonal drink 同朋友飲下飲下,不知不覺過咗兩三個鐘,如果冇idea 想飲咩隨時可以叫Bartender推薦~
