模仿上海特色早餐鹹豆漿,將Volka浸大地魚粉後,加入豆漿、苦精同雪利酒,味道鹹鹹地帶豆香;配兩嚿細細嘅油炸鬼令造型更令體,好得意~


Stardust Penicillin 斑蘭盤尼西林
最後一杯亦係最濃味嘅星馬風味Cocktail,以whisky浸斑蘭,融合檸檬薑汁甜酒、自家製咖吔醬糖水再on top加上開心果碎,飲落口感超豐富,酒感亦相對較濃。

朋友住係南昌附近 ,話最近係間Service Apartment 開左間bar,想同我聚下。呢日我出job, 搭屯馬綫去到南昌站行一陣就到。

個bar area 幾舒服,裝修特別,櫃架放左好多不同類型嘅酒。我地叫左一杯 happy hour ,同埋6款Signature Cocktail .

Gin Tonic :
經典cocktail,混合Tonic Water 同Gin 而成,Happy Hour 由1點至7點都有供應

Sour Guava 番石榴梅子高球 :
以Tequila為底加入了台灣水果番石榴汁和梳打水。酸酸甜甜同淡淡酒香,容易入口,杯邊有梅粉和金不換粉點綴。

Cyclone Bitter 苦瓜菠蘿旋風 :
底酒使用了柚子甜酒和Gin,酒感稍重,結合沖繩的苦瓜和菠蘿風味。我平時不喜歡苦瓜,但它先苦後甜,有層次感,好有新鮮感!

Cold Brew Gardenia Tea 梔子花茶:
呢杯結合了蜜桃甜酒和香港釀造的NIP Gin。它帶有清茶的香氣,仲有回甘味。用茶杯飲用Cocktail ,人生第一次!

Sticky Rice 糯米飯:
用了白冧酒、黑糯米酒、芒果果茸和檸檬,上面仲有椰奶奶蓋,整體甜甜地,比較適合女生。

Salted Soy Milk Martini 豆腐馬天尼:
Vodka加上大地魚粉、苦精和豆漿。味道比較鹹,有焗脆油炸鬼作點綴。超大膽的組合,味道帶有蝦醬的風味,意想不到嘅驚喜。

Stardust Penicillin 班蘭盤尼西林:
Whisky底,偏有酒感,融合了馬來西亞的斑蘭和咖央的風味。奶蓋上有開心果碎,口感綿密,好似食甜品咁。

從classic的Gin Tonic到超創新嘅seasonal drink 同朋友飲下飲下,不知不覺過咗兩三個鐘,如果冇idea 想飲咩隨時可以叫Bartender推薦~

Stardust Penicillin 斑蘭盤尼西林
斑蘭黎由馬來西亞或者新加坡,上枱顏色亦都非常之似,面頭有泡沫,仲有開心果碎,飲落口感豐富,但就較為少少酸既酒
