To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有和家人逛黃大仙中心了,購物完畢後,見一樓有間馬來餐廳,於是便入內一試。餐廳地方頗寬敞,裝修簇新,整潔亮麗。我們坐下來,服務員很耐心地向我們介紹菜式。“招牌亞金無骨海南雞跟油飯”,嫩滑無骨的雞肉,配上椰香的雞油飯,非常美味。“肉骨茶(細滲)跟白飯”,材料十足,有五花腩、豬手、雞腳、豬肚、排骨等,浸泡在馬來特色的肉骨茶中,相當入味。還配有半截油條,點上肉骨茶來吃,特別美味。如果藥材味能更濃一點更佳。“南洋醬炒牛柳粒跟馬來椰漿飯”,牛柳粒濃味而不靭,口感甚佳,還有鹹魚仔、花生等脆口配菜。椰漿飯乾身而富椰香,十分開胃。“碌林香茅豬扒”,加15元的小食,雖然說是小食,也是整塊豬扒。豬扒炸得香噴噴,非常美味,令人喜出望外。最後,還有餐飲“即磨白咖啡”,濃郁、奶滑,入口香醇。豐富美味的一餐,CP值相當高。
