To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得家姐早收工，即刻約食飯！想食得特別啲，喺附近搵到呢間食中東菜嘅小店，又未食過中東菜，一於試吓😆 酥炸香脆雜豆仁餅伴白芝麻醬🧆鷹嘴豆餅本身已經加入調味，炸得非常酥脆。 鹹香芝士係中東一帶嘅特色哈羅米芝士，除咗鹹香，仲有用蕃茄同香草做醬汁，酸酸甜甜好開胃。 黑松露蘑菇包🍕黑松露同蘑菇都好香，脆香嘅餅底增強口感。特別加咗洋蔥，令薄餅多咗甜味，好食😋 乾式熟成羊肉🐑羊肉唔騷，肥瘦適中，肉質好嫩滑。調味過嘅火箭菜同紫洋蔥有解膩作用👍🏻 Kanafeh係經典嘅中東甜品，外層係酥皮，內裡係甜芝士，加入開心果topping。煙煙韌韌，唔會死甜，亦有堅果嘅香味。
