呢間中菜館來自新加坡,主打多款越粵菜、滬菜同川菜,近日更喺銅鑼灣利舞臺廣場開新分店。店內環境唔大但座位闊落,燈光柔和,令人感覺舒適。食物定價合理,適合一家大細聚餐。前菜有芝麻醬油麥菜,凍油麥菜都係第一次試,味道清新,咬落爽脆,點埋芝麻醬十分開胃。點心有蘿蔔絲酥餅,外層超級酥脆,一層層,入口即化,內餡飽滿,令人一試難忘。竹炭流沙包同樣有驚喜,咬落爆漿,食到成隻手都係,包皮帶微微香氣,流沙餡料甜度適中。招牌菜有特式皇朝小籠包,八種口味,有埋次序,味道創新又獨特,皮夠薄,湯汁多,有料。主食有松子鮮果桂魚,好大一碟,會幫手切,十分貼心。魚肉嫩滑,基本上無骨,外層炸至酥脆,醬汁酸甜,適合配飯。最後以宮廷驢打滾作結,糯米糍皮包住紅豆餡,煙韌軟糯,讚。
