母親節帶屋企人去邊度食飯都唔容易架😂呢次就去咗銅鑼灣呢間楓林小館,本身係沙田起家,已經有70幾年歷史,仲曾經獲得米芝蓮推介,質素有保證👍🏻呢度嘅門面感覺幾雅致。今次就嗌咗幾道招牌小菜,好多都係考功夫嘅菜式,一於試下佢嘅手工先😏招牌紅燒乳鴿乳鴿係呢度必吃菜式,燒到熱辣辣外皮香脆,肉質實淨唔鞋有少許肉汁,調味剛好,唔駛點淮鹽都👌🏻👌🏻鳳尾蝦多士炸到金黃香脆嘅🦐多士,脆卜卜食落好香口,蝦肉都算大隻彈牙。欖角冰梅骨包裹住腩骨嘅脆漿夠薄同鬆脆,醬汁甜甜地,入面嘅肉偏肥美,肉質幾腍。櫻花蝦揚州炒飯大大份,飯粒炒得乾爽粒粒分明,食落幾香口。啫啫蝦乾唐生菜聽到啲啫啫聲再聞到醬汁嘅香味令人胃口大增,生菜好爽脆惹味😋香煎荷香蓮藕餅好有家鄉菜風味嘅蓮藕餅,煎得幾香口,食到爽口嘅粒粒蓮藕,不過啲豬肉就肥咗啲啲。人均消費:$250推介指數(10分為滿分):7.5分楓林小館銅鑼灣謝斐道379-389號特麗樓1樓及地下5號舖
