昨晚我哋去咗一間新派中菜館試吓佢哋幾款特色小菜,一試之下真係驚喜連連。先講張公子叉燒,一上枱就已經聞到陣陣香味,色澤鮮紅,表面閃爍著蜜汁嘅光澤。入口即化,肉汁豐富,甜而不膩,外層微微焦香,非常有層次感。秋霧鹵醉蝦係另一道驚喜,呢道菜用上鮮活嘅大蝦,經過鹵水同酒嘅細心浸泡,味道十分豐富。蝦肉爽口彈牙,酒香濃郁但唔會過火,保留咗蝦本身嘅甜味,食落非常清爽。奶湯雲吞煲係一道好暖胃嘅菜式,尤其適合寒冷天氣。奶湯濃郁香滑,每一啖都充滿咗豬骨同雞肉嘅精華。雲吞皮薄餡多,內裡嘅蝦好爽口。公子特色凍豆腐,最特別係面上淋嘅薑醋汁,味道酸酸甜甜,帶有一絲薑嘅辛辣,令到豆腐更加有味道。最後一款係XO醬翡翠海參片,呢道菜色香味俱全。海參片厚身,煮得啱啱好,保持咗彈牙嘅口感。XO醬味道濃郁,帶有微辣,配上西芹。
