老外話今日係黑色星期五,叫我們萬事小心我們幾個同事已約好收工去飲嘢吹水,點會黑呢有同事去過Franape,話有好多特色小食,所以今次就約埋一齊試試一坐低,侍應就奉上小食,估吾到又幾香脆噃!侍應介紹我們食鴨脾珍寶珠,還細說做的過程:是用撕碎的鴨脾,混合薯蓉才炸粒粒Size 均勻,炸得剛剛好,外脆內軟,咬開食到鴨腿絲,又有薯蓉嘅香甜配菜的沙律菜爽甜新鮮吞拿魚牛油果醬脆筒,賣相很別緻,像迷李雪糕筒,侍應細心叫我們要先食,免得脆筒變林吞拿魚跟牛油果醬很夾,的的式式,可愛又好味香煎鵝肝配梨沙律,鵝肝煎得表皮香脆,鵝肝一向無得輸,再配以梨一齊食,既可減少肥膩感,咬落又香又甜,廚師確實想得週到食左咁多小食,也應該來個主菜香辣燒豬手,燒豬手本身不辣,只是配上辣汁豬手外皮香肥,肉醃得好入味,不是太肥,瘦肉又不會鞋,食到我們食指大動朋友飲啤酒,我不好酒,只叫個黑加倫子特飲,每杯飲品都放在閃燈上,食下飲下,多Relaxed 點會係黑色星期五噃加多個梨撻配雪糕,簡直係sweet sweet添啦,我話係Happy Friday 就真
