這家位於中環的特色意大利🇮🇹餐廳，主廚來自米蘭，主理北部意式家庭菜。走進餐廳有種特別的感覺，裝修走簡約風，但又有種高級感。Lingua Tonnata牛舌片牛舌薄片配上獨特的醬汁，酸豆加上吞拿魚醬，味道意外地夾，牛味特出，有咬口得黎又嫩滑，味道同口感好驚喜！牛骨髓配sourdough，表層燒過，香氣特出，滑膩醇香、味道獨特，同麵包都幾夾，不會覺得油膩，值得一試。Testina Pig's Head🐷，出面唔多見，油脂感十足的豬頭肉，外脆內軟，口感鹹香，肉質Q彈，肥而不膩，喜歡豬油香的朋友可以試試！時令水果Tart，滿滿嘅黑野莓酸酸甜甜加上pastry cream，yummy！酸甜度balance得好好，係食左肉類後好好嘅甜品選擇。
