久違的飯局,和yu姐好似好耐無一齊食飯。早兩日就相約去食一間新舖。位於深水埗,鄰近地鐵站的泰國特色料理餐廳。價錢合理相宜,食到飽一飽,人均消費$300有找。冬陰功海鮮龍蝦湯$138一見到橙啡色的湯底,濃郁的質地,感覺已經不錯。果然入口鮮甜,龍蝦和冬陰功的結合,除了完美地保留了龍蝦的鮮味,烹調方式又突顯到冬陰功風味特色。材料豐富,足料,青口、蜆等海鮮都肥美飽滿,新鮮好味。焗芝麻芝士蝦多士$58 賣相脹卜卜,口感脆香可口。底部用了窩夫底去焗,感覺新奇。芝士蝦肉嫩中有彈性,頗特別。芝士焗蟹殼$78 澎湃的芝士佈滿在上面,底部有很多蟹肉,十分足料。每一啖都是芝士和蟹肉的結合。芝士控必選。馬介休炒菜苗$78 清脆幼嫩。爽口又翠綠的感覺,新鮮好味。曾伯鹹水雞$148 好大隻,職員話有3斤重一隻,我們叫了半隻,數一數手指都有1.5斤重,難怪如此大隻。曾伯鹹水雞用慢火烹調熬製,需時15分鐘,但慢工出細貨,肉質果然比普通市面食的雞更嫩更幼滑。熱朱古力$40
