To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日出尖沙咀辦理完事情已經三點，仲未食晏晝有啲肚餓。行經一間新張日式小店，目測環境不錯，一於支持一下小店！店子小小，裝修企理舒服。食物種類選擇都唔少，主打特色壽司卷物，另外亦有飯、日式薄餅、炸雞、炸薯條、連甜品也有。咁多選擇真係花多眼肚仔餓最緊，結果選了一份「蘑菇汁漢堡扒」，附有雞蛋、粟米及沙律菜（$65）；再另加一份「先生炸雞」.併日式沙律，附送蜜味梳打汽水一罐（+$19）。漢堡扒大件味濃，配蘑菇汁很夾兼惹味，粟米蛋沙律菜清新，正好中和一下。炸雞熱辣香脆，肉滑多汁，日式沙律菜新鮮。飲埋罐蜜瓜味梳打，感覺一流。
