一門同其他日式料理店唔同,除咗食壽司刺身之外,佢仲有好多fusion嘢食, 所以得閒同朋友都會嚟食佢。 佢喺銅鑼灣sogo對面, 十分方便。日本番薯沙律, 佢嘅日本番薯好甜,配沙律好fresh好好食。 海膽蟹肉牛油果卷, 上面鋪滿厚厚嘅海膽同蟹肉, 中間夾住牛蒡同牛油果, 脆脆嘅牛蒡配壽司飯,口感好特別。白身魚薄切, 新鮮嘅白生魚陪麻油豉油醬, 十分鮮味。A4和牛玉子卷, A4和牛鮮嫩多汁, 包住玉子燒, 估唔到十分match。玉子燒索咗和牛汁, 味道同層次都豐富咗好多。香草煮蜆意大利粉, 香濃嘅香草味配新鮮蜆肉, 配合得好好。蜜桃梳打, 味道好好,而且仲有黃桃肉喺梳打裏面,好好飲。海鹽荔枝梳打, 荔枝味濃而且有淡淡嘅海鹽 配椰果食,口感豐富。
