To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向都好鐘意食湯飯嘅我經過依間以鮮魚湯同醉雞作招徠嘅餐廳就忍唔住要試一試！今次叫左醉雞鮮魚湯米線同海龍王泡飯，小食方面就叫左好多人推薦嘅椒鹽魚腩野食好快就上到，湯頭幾鮮甜，冇乜味精嘅感覺，仲有條菜食下，唔錯唔錯。醉雞方面呢就冇話勁好食，有酒味，但唔係幾夠凍，個皮亦唔算爽口，中規中矩椒鹽魚腩就唔錯，即炸熱辣辣，椒鹽亦都好足，可以過下癮。最後就係個海龍王泡飯，大大碗好足料，雖然就唔係啲咩名貴海鮮，都係啲蝦/魚片/蟹柳咁，不過整體味道幾好，幾抵食。老闆好Nice，我地本身都好夜先去，食到最後得我我地一枱佢都冇話黑面/過黎催，當然我地都快快趣食完閃人啦！

野食好快就上到，湯頭幾鮮甜，冇乜味精嘅感覺，仲有條菜食下，唔錯唔錯。醉雞方面呢就冇話勁好食，有酒味，但唔係幾夠凍，個皮亦唔算爽口，中規中矩

椒鹽魚腩就唔錯，即炸熱辣辣，椒鹽亦都好足，可以過下癮。

最後就係個海龍王泡飯，大大碗好足料，雖然就唔係啲咩名貴海鮮，都係啲蝦/魚片/蟹柳咁，不過整體味道幾好，幾抵食。

老闆好Nice，我地本身都好夜先去，食到最後得我我地一枱佢都冇話黑面/過黎催，當然我地都快快趣食完閃人啦！
