是日男朋友生日,去完海馬公園就去銅鑼灣食飯,本來打算食放題,不過因為唔肚餓所以放棄。起地鐵C出口行左一陣見到呢間泰國菜好似幾有特色,係關於打拳(後來發覺銅鑼灣都幾多拳鋪),而且可以點埋另一間叫原道燒場的食物,一於試一試。入面好多擺設都係關於打拳,連入面電視都係播緊拳賽。我懷疑老闆本身係咪開拳館?🤔入座即上脆卜卜蝦片一碟。好快就上第一味餸,牛香脷👅 。燒完唔會好乾,可以選辣度,我地點小辣都幾辣下,其實原味都應該夠好食。燒豬頸肉,份量都幾多,醃得入味,再點上微辣的泰式汁真係絶配。原個菠蘿炒飯有好多海鮮鋪面,青口,魷魚,蝦,帶子,再加上肉鬆同腰果。飯底炒得唔濕,份量都唔少,每人都添左兩三次先食完。最後係上燒大蝦,加上蒜蓉醬燒到幾香,雖然唔算大隻,但好多蝦膏,唔使點汁已經夠味。
