To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上海菜是中國十大菜系之一,亦是其中一款繼粵菜後我最喜歡的菜系,每個月至少會去食兩三次,今晚就去了尖沙咀這間以滬菜為主的香港老飯店。餐廳食物款式多而且很多比較少見的正宗滬菜,加上店員親切笑容及體貼的服務,整餐晚飯都令人食得暢快。小食醃酸菜及花生,前者味道不會過酸而且爽脆。無錫脆鱔:這個菜在很多的上海菜館都比較少見,還記得對上一次食是多年前,一試便愛上,今次這個脆鱔,即叫即做,咬落不單是脆,裏面更是熱辣辣,外層的鎮江醋汁帶點甜香,好食到停唔到口。鎮江餚肉:餚肉的骨膠原啫喱豐富,半肉半啫喱完全不膩,加上醋汁添點風味。蟹粉小籠包:一個字《鮮》,小籠包裏面盛載著大量蟹粉湯汁,而有粒粒蟹膏混合在肉餡內,外皮很薄,鮮甜無比。樟茶鴨半隻:這個不得不試,一上枱面就飄出陣陣煙薰香味,鴨肉嫩腍醃得入味,又不會薰得太乾,保留了鴨肉肉汁,外皮香而不膩,絕對是推介之一。津白肉絲炒年糕:年糕就比較大眾化,以大量的津白及筍作配菜,年糕煙韌又不會過咸,就是有點油膩。杏仁豆腐:味道比較一般,杏仁味不夠突出但十分幼滑,還有些罐頭雜果伴在一起。
