今晚在荃灣廣場睇戲前係附近搵左間居酒屋食晚飯,餐廳於享和街,在荃灣廣場背面再前多一條街。佔地兩層,閒日坐滿七成,無須等位。燒河豚鰭清酒 ($88): 呢款酒幾有特色,我未見過,都係第一次試。店員會再將兩塊河豚鰭用火槍點燃,然後用三兩分鐘時間將其來回打轉,最終放入清酒焗幾分鐘即可享用。味道方面都幾Impressed,首先,燒過嘅河豚鰭會散發淡淡嘅燒魚味,唔會太濃,加上微辛甘口嘅清酒,兩者幾搭配,飲一杯半杯還好,太多的話感覺都仲係有啲Rich,但建議可一試。日本直送原條季節魚刺身 - 鷹魚鯛 ($348): 活魚夠新鮮,魚肉透白清香,肉質爽實,油脂較少,味道清甜。兩款醬料任君選擇,除左普通嘅芥末豉油,還配辣蘿蔔薑蓉酸汁,味道都幾搭配。味噌廣島蠔鍋 ($168): 一客共有五隻急凍廣島蠔及味噌什菜鍋,廣島蠔肥美厚肉,口感爽滑,但千其唔好煮太耐,否則肉質變老,其蠔味重但唔腥,唔錯。自家手作雞肉棒 ($38): 外脆內軟又夠Juicy多汁,蘸蛋漿一齊食更香口。炸物 - 秋葵 ($12)、日本白板魚蛋 ($18)、鵪鶉蛋 ($18): 炸粉厚薄適中,但唔係特別酥香,魚蛋非常爽口彈牙,鵪鶉蛋炸完都唔
