不夠幾天又來吃燒物了...真的有點漏,不過燒物新煮法層出不窮,加上在CWB這區還是值得來試試的前菜有一些生椰菜和蘿蔔,加法是沾上一些鹽和近似北京填鴨醬,跟一般西式的食法多了一些爽脆口感,不過由於味道較濃,作為前菜就不夠開胃了同樣地創新的前菜沙律, 加入了一些蒜蓉,不過由於蒜蓉較咸而且本質油膩,跟蕃茄並不是很襯厚切刺身完全冇花假,刺身夠厚除了口感外,鮮味也易得保留,當中最IMPRESS我的就是三文魚腩,保留真正的三文魚鮮味,油脂甘香, 吃得出來並不只有凍感及口感,那種特別的魚香味很少在香港找到,因為多數刺身是進口急凍貨,另外帆立貝亦很鮮甜, 2塊夾著一片檸檬還滿搞笑的鹽燒雞翼吃得多,但侍應介紹從籤剝出後,應該用手把2旁撕開逐邊吃,用手吃當然有風味,但記得洗手!雞頸倒是令人倒胃口的特別菜色,不是因為不好吃, 只是謠傳頸是打針位...老實說, 如果打針只是影響到打下去的部位,那大家發燒時為什麼打針要打屁股?頂, 講呢D, 講番味道先吃下去口感獨特,咬口有點像豬腸卻少了一陣肥膩感,聽說是一串已經需要5-6條雞頸製成,非常用心之作我最愛的豬大腸又出現了!少有地會在日式串燒見到,外間不是很興把肥膏

不是因為不好吃, 只是謠傳頸是打針位...

老實說, 如果打針只是影響到打下去的部位,

那大家發燒時為什麼打針要打屁股?

我最愛的豬大腸又出現了!

少有地會在日式串燒見到,

外間不是很興把肥膏清空才吃嗎?

屁啦! 那吃大腸還有什麼樂趣?

其實大腸還是挺髒的,

一般來說都有陣惡臭,

這邊倒是把便便味清得不錯,

剩下的肥膏真的只有豬油的甘香,

可以慢慢細嚼

這世間原來還有牛腸能燒?!

跟豬大腸同樣肥膩又肥美的菜色,

更比它多了一陣牛油的脂香,

而且牛吃草, 所含反式脂肪較少,

吃下去也較放心

被狂搶的一道串燒,

未拍照就只剩一舊了,

光看就知道有多厚,

比一般串燒店厚了一倍,

牛舌越厚越彈牙倒是不假喔!

最後以芝麻涵的燒湯圓作結,

芝麻涵厚實量足,

確實是滿了整個旅程!
