呢款班戟唔同依家大熱既梳乎厘Pancake,入面質感厚實,成吋幾厚,有少少似蛋糕,但更加軟同入口即溶,好鬼滿足🤤! 班戟用左廣島雞蛋🥚,蛋味又濃又突出!呢款班戟加入愛媛縣既蜜柑蜂蜜同埋宮崎縣牛油,食落有好清新蜜糖味,但唔會遮蓋左蛋香!我非常鐘意佢既顏色!底面都煎到金黃色!但我更愛佢質感🥰!好多時食班戟落糖漿時,糖漿會直接整濕表面,影響口感!但呢款用左唔同煮法,令到糖漿慢慢均勻滲透班戟入面,令班戟入面都有少少蜜糖味,而唔係極快脆比班戟索哂!真係又好食又滿足🥰🥰🥰🥰,高度推薦,未食就好去試!
