一段時間冇去尖沙咀,發現美麗華入邊嘅鋪頭轉晒,都幾多嘢行。新開嘅食肆都好多選擇,行過呢間喺新加坡拎過米之蓮一星嘅餐廳,食福建菜幾特別就排隊試吓。等左十幾分鐘就有位,有一碟酸菜做前菜,鹹鹹酸酸幾開胃。餐廳做緊海蠣節推廣,188可以揀兩款用生蠔整嘅餸。我哋叫咗江口家鄉海蠣湯同九層塔香燜海蠣。湯即係番茄蛋芫荽生蠔湯,出奇地一啲都唔腥,生蠔好鮮甜,唔錯。薑蔥燜蠔改咗用金不換,又幾出色,香氣十足,雖然生蠔細細隻,但味道又惹味蠔肉飽滿,出色。百秒黃花魚,名副其實師傅功夫菜,黃花魚滑到不得了,煮嘅時間非常準確。鍾意食魚嘅男朋友食唔停口。興化米粉,係好幼細嘅米粉好似台灣早餐店炒米粉。但呢一個係豪華版,入邊有好多海鮮好似蝦,蜆,元貝等等,值得一試。酥炒芋芯,芋頭夠粉,外面糖漿落得剛剛好,唔會一大層死甜,反而多咗一種香脆。另外值得一提嘅係茶都同外邊唔一樣,問侍應先知今日我哋飲嘅徐杞子菊花茶,養目安神!總括嚟講呢間店舖菜式有特色,下次會再嚟試吓其他嘢先。

百秒黃花魚,名副其實師傅功夫菜,黃花魚滑到不得了,煮嘅時間非常準確。鍾意食魚嘅男朋友食唔停口。
