老撾未去過,老撾菜都未食過。見中環有間香港少有嘅老撾餐廳,就去試吓~▪️手打墨魚丸全米椰子湯粉🍜墨魚丸有好多粒,不過口感偏淋,唔夠彈牙。全米即係100%用米造,所以充滿米香,而且口感比平時嘅米粉煙韌。椰子湯底濃厚,帶有甜味▪️白咖哩雞肉見求🍛白咖哩椰汁味比較出,唔辣。雞肉都算嫩滑。飯係紫米飯,煙煙韌韌。另外配菜有炸薯角、茄子等,幾豐富▪️是拉差牛油醬雞翼🐥雞翼係單骨雞翼,每隻沾滿是拉差牛油醬,辣辣哋幾惹味▪️青椰綠茶🥥🍵椰汁係分開上,可以自己決定倒幾多落綠茶度,而且味道唔甜整體感覺偏向似越南菜泰國菜,不過就冇咁重口味施心畢老撾餐廳📍中環威靈頓街98號翡翠中心4樓
