Restaurant: Milk Café (Heya Star)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得放假又起得早,就出街搵下好野啖個靚早餐。見到有間新開茶餐廳就去試下,環境都算唔錯(畢竟係新開),而且睇落都幾乾淨,諗住可以發掘到好野。嗌左份碎雞扒麵(附上一份炒蛋+多士),睇到個招牌有佢地特色菠蘿包,所以都順便嗌左一個。雞扒麵既碎雞扒味道唔錯,脆口而且肉質結實,份量就得幾舊唔係好多;個麵就係普通公仔麵,好差真係唔好食,如果有米線或者河粉會更加好,但湯底OK既。炒蛋同多士就正常發揮冇乜特別,都算OK。個特色既拉絲菠蘿包幾特別但味道一般,裡面有流心芝士而且份量都算多,但就冇張相咁誇張既拉絲,不過勝在特別。
