To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行左兩層樓梯入到去餐廳好驚艷,好似返左去以前嘅年代咁,懷舊裝修做得好靚好適合打下卡餐牌選擇有常見嘅台灣菜,都有少見啲嘅菜式可以一試。最後叫左個鹵肉飯同麻醬麵,加五更腸旺(豬紅、豬腸、酸菜)同啤酒鴨!麻醬麵先上,食第一啖就好喜出望外,麵底好煙韌加上醬料味道調得啱啱好!個飯嘅鹵肉肥瘦適中,啲肉煮到好軟熟,相比下就淡味左啲但味道都係好嘅五更腸旺好重口味 🙈 豬紅完全唔入味,食到最後仲覺得個汁太酸冇食哂。。。啤酒鴨份量相對大好多,鴨肉煮得好腍,豆卜都好入味。不過我其實唔係好食到啤酒味,而且個汁好似同五更腸旺冇左酸菜差不多(掛住食唔記得左影開蓋之後。。。個煲下面有火熱住一陣保溫)
