To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 湯底方面,胡椒味比以往輕了很多,以往的湯底喝下時有點胡椒豬肚湯,感覺十分燥熱,現時變得較為清淡,對我來說感覺比較好,而上海麵帶點口感,𣎴會過淋,吸入了濃濃的豬骨湯後,不會淡而無味,還有不能忽視的津白,經骨湯煮過後變得非常的清甜

這次店員忘了問辣油需唔需要另上,來到時已挑一些沒有被太多辣油沾上的牛肉,但實在太辣了,要不停地喝凍飲。而牛肉肉質十分淋身,像是落了太多鬆肉粉似的,加上沒有牛肉味,蒜粒亦沒有經炒香,整體味道一般

菜蜜成份不算太多,所以不會太甜,味道清淡,但凍溶解後,變得淡而無味
鴛鴦奶味頗濃,咖啡及奶茶成份之比例不錯,但糖份卻十分高
後記:
於近年雖然加價幅度不高,但整體質素卻有下跌跡像,不過以$37的價格來計,仍是一個不錯的選擇
