老公今日去咗大坑做嘢,放工叫咗我去陪佢食越南菜,就係火車頭越南餐室 ,餐廳主打越南菜,以火車頭作設計主題,用柔和燈光襯托著懷舊的越南風格,設仿火車卡位,菜式以地道越南菜為主。燒雞半隻:即叫即做,上檯時熱辣辣香噴噴,烤至金黃色的雞皮香脆,肉質嫩滑入味,點些特製嘅酸辣醬汁更可令味道提升。配菜翠肉瓜、茄子、薯仔亦用牛油烤過,食落好香牛油味,十分美味!香茅豬扒湯河:湯底濃而不膩,豬扒厚切,肉質鮮嫩有肉汁,加點指天椒和青檸,正宗的越南風味。 春卷扎肉湯檬:用越南米紙做的脆春卷香脆可口,配上酸甜醬或越南魚露更加美,扎肉彈牙清香,檬粉口感爽口,配清香甜美嘅湯頭食一流。鮮椰青:椰青汁多肉薄,椰汁清香甘甜,解熱生津,椰肉濕潤滑脆,味道較淡!
