Restaurant: The Wall Street Bar & Lounge

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次來尖沙咀既Wall Street,樓底好高感覺好開揚,酒吧架及書櫃📚也很有氣派,同朋友坐在梳化扮文青影吓相都幾得意📸,餐廳另一邊既外國Style的佈置很有特色,至於食物亦很棒📸 先來了個鮮蝦焗釀芝士菠菜烤蘑菇,烤得好香蝦亦好新鮮大隻🧡 接著來個慢煮燒牛肉套餐,前盤我地揀咗法式龍蝦湯,特別濃郁,而主菜M4慢煮澳洲M4燒肉眼扒,則非常軟淋,5成熟好有牛味。至於薯餅千層份量很小,適合喜歡芝士味及重口味人仕🤍 最後甜品選擇既蛋糕則很有特色,冰火朱古力Brownie則很濃郁,店員淋上朱古力醬汁打卡一流📸 最後,杯Cocktail Day dream好睇又好飲,酸酸甜甜非常啱飲❤️
