鳳攸街新開咗一間主打吃魚嘅火鍋,今日就來探下店,環境好闊落,全部魚都係即叫即劏,喜歡吃🐟嘅朋友一定要試。鯽魚鍋🐟$138原條鯽魚炸鍋之後用來做湯底,配料有金菇、番茄🍅、薑蔥,姐姐即場到入魚湯底,味道濃郁,建議先飲一碗湯,煮完嘅鯽魚雖然好甜,但比較多骨,最好留返個肚吃條新鮮魚。配料可以任添,入面有炸黃豆真係好正,我都添咗一碟。😆鱸魚一條$198有8種特色魚🐟選擇用來打邊爐,我就揀咗鱸魚,比我想象中大條好多,師傅將魚起得好靚仔,滾3min關火就可以保持肉質嫩滑,而且啖啖肉,真係好滿足!極品黑豚肉半分$83🥩雖然係半份,都有6大塊,2個人一定好夠吃,肉質偏瘦,吃完唔會膩。四色菜籃$68🥬🥕蔬菜好新鮮,擺盤已經好吸引。蘭州拉麵$38雖然已經吃到好飽,但都想試下個拉麵,煙韌有口感,一份有兩餅麵,分量好足。飲品只有支裝或罐裝選擇,個人覺得更加乾淨衛生,而且價錢唔算貴,夏枯草都係$20一支,仲係低糖,都幾好飲。
