兩個月前,跟一位在銅鑼灣工作的靚女姊妹,走到銅鑼灣渣甸街66號 Aura on Pennington 6樓的日式餐廳 <Teru Teru Bōzu> 食日式蒸飯晚餐! 當時餐廳算是新開不久,佔地一層,並非預期的大!供應:小食、沙律、刺身、肉類、海鮮、炸物、意粉、烏冬、飯、蒸菜、蒸肉、蒸籠飯、甜品、鮮果雪葩...等。鰻魚玉子燒 Japanese omelette with eel $98 即叫即製的,賣相金黃香軟,入口柔軟嫩滑的玉子,火候拿捏得準繩,中間夾著鰻魚,兩者配搭得天衣無縫,是令人一試愛上的小食! 松葉蟹蒸蛋 Queen Crab Chawanmushi $68特別在於用碟蒸,而且用料十足!蒸蛋嫩滑微鹹很是不錯! 價錢亦合理!西京燒豬扒 Saikyo grilled pork $98這個西京燒豬排有一段小插曲,餐牌上印上 $98,卻是埋單時,發現張單打上 $128;問一問店員,才得知原來餐牌上弄錯了!應是 $128!隨即拿了另一個餐牌給我們看,寫上 $128 是臨時黏上貼紙的! 隨時跌下來!豬扒燒得很香之餘,亦保持肉汁豐富,肉味濃郁!配上白蘿蔔蓉,可中和膩滯感!

問一問店員,才得知原來餐牌上弄錯了!應是 $128!隨即拿了另一個餐牌給我們看,寫上 $128 是臨時黏上貼紙的!

我發覺海膽跟意粉是很夾得來的! 店方的海膽忌廉意粉,就算食到尾聲甚至攤凍了!也不覺得很膩!
忌廉汁 creamy 夠味,意粉彈牙而掛汁,拌勻海膽之後鮮味提升!

松葉蟹肉蒸籠飯 Queen Crab Rice $118
店方主打是精蒸製食物,包括:蒸品,在打開蓋子,香噴噴!
珍珠米飯鋪滿了蟹肉、雞蛋、三文魚子;真材實料!
略嫌整體較乾而且只得鹹味,其實拌勻了三文魚子同食,粒粒三文魚仔會帶出濕潤口感及鹹鮮味!

師父整得火候不足!
所以布甸質感上半部分是軟殼下半部分是濕立立,水汪汪的!
建議轉用粟米製造布甸,質感比較平常,但做的布甸質素是有所不同!
