To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同咗老婆食依間點心。佢啲款色都幾特別。春風得意腸。雖然好多酒樓都食到。而佢都做到水準之上。份量都幾大。裏面都脆。但佢比其他特別就係多咗三款汁點嚟食。有正常豉油。有甜酸醬。仲有麻醬。好似食左三個點心咁抵番。另外叫咗個蝦多士。都係水準之上。10分香脆。但份量略少。跟住叫咗一個黑松露餃。依個都10分驚喜。賣相就好似星空咁好靚。啲皮做得好唔會淋同爛。唔係得個樣。裏面亦都有好重嘅黑松露味。有啲菇碎咁樣。其實另外仲叫咗黑金流沙包。都是水準之上。鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣。墨魚很彈牙。裏面包住鹹蛋黃醬。幾特別。還叫了一個馬拉小籠包。個湯汁有啲似肉骨茶。有熟悉嘅感覺。唔係一般小籠包嘅湯汁。特別得嚟味道都不錯。總結食得太多普通點心可以試吓依間特色點心。味道唔伏之餘還有驚喜。賣相都不錯。只是價錢略貴。但仍然值得再試
