To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友聚餐選定呢間位於圓方的餐廳,預訂左由日本的CEO&Chef主理的當季特別春日餐單,材料從北海道空運而來,可見餐廳對食材質素要求幾高。是日春日菜單前菜係味噌北寄貝配醬油漬日本蔬菜。因為未食過個一種蔬菜,但個樣同味道會似韭菜同蔥混合體。再來係天婦羅部分,食落完全唔乾,入面仲保留到食材嘅水份。特別係海膽天婦羅,做好外脆內軟效果。最後會配一個冷烏冬做餐單完結,雖然好味,但個人覺得如果有得揀Soba更好。
