To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃東西與品酒原理一樣,最好的會放在最後,先放熊本豚腩肉,薄片灼一灼,很快熟,有芝麻醬供點食用,肥腩已溶,成一縷瓊脂,軟滑無瘕,勁好味!

接著是美國上級牛肋肉,個人最愛美國的牛肉,有牛味,肉質有牛肉應有的粗獷,同樣是輕灼一會便轉色,其實不用點醬汁已經很好味。

澳洲M9和牛肩脊肉與佐賀A5黑毛和牛西冷同放在一盤,相對下,油花是A5黑毛和牛西較多,分佈均勻,入口更軟滑,油脂勁香,也吃極不厭。

均衡飲食,有肉也有菜,可自選菜蔬五款,選了洋蔥,白本菇,旺菜,小棠菜,本菇。據悉菜蔬來自日本,味道十分甜,建議不要漉太久,以免影響爽脆度。
