To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角嘅集團旗下有好多唔同打邊爐嘅品牌,平時求其食就會去食牛涮鍋,想食好啲嘅話就會去溫野菜,今日就同朋友嚟溫野菜食set lunch,最鍾意佢係一人一鍋,同朋友嚟食就方便好多。-兩個人嚟食就可以叫唔同set share食,可以叫齊豚肉、雞肉同牛肉試吓,另外仲有個蔬菜盤包埋,湯底就叫咗壽喜燒。整體嚟講各款肉類嘅質素都唔錯,雞肉都幾滑,豚肉亦都唔嚡口,好香油脂味,而牛肉就不過不失。整體質素係好過牛涮鍋,想食好啲,不妨嚟呢度食lunch幾抵食~

平時呢喺一田或者Donki 會買啲二百幾蚊一碟靚啲嘅牛打邊爐嘅咁食都要就住就住咁食啦經朋友介紹之下呢就試吓呢一間溫野菜啦今日嚟到就係食呢個嘅鹿兒島黑毛和牛任食套餐佢嘅黑毛和牛質素真係好 同平時喺一田買嗰啲二百幾蚊一碟嘅和牛一樣油脂分布平均 入口即溶但係嚟到呢度係任食 雖然價錢都唔係好平如果食到5碟嘅話,絕對回到本而我呢個和牛控嚟講,一食就食咗八碟啦另外仲有一啲日本嘅蔬菜 都幾特別另外佢個蓮藕都好爽但係大家要記住溫野菜得銅鑼灣先有放題㗎咋

本身我坐個冷氣位冇風出,第一次反映情況,當時職員就話佢哋會再重新較一較個冷氣。但過咗20分鐘都冇改善,同佢哋第二次反映情況,佢哋又話再較較個冷氣。最後聲稱有咩事事後可以喺張單QR code下面個email反映情況,但同佢哋customer service溝通簡直係惡夢。所謂嘅「調查」敷衍了事,只係回覆冷氣機冇事,亦指冇客人反映類似情況。都過咗幾日,冷氣機出風位整返好正常。同埋佢地係咪真係有問當日曾經坐同一位置既客人情況?完全唔合理。食物質素雖然OK,但服務令人非常失望。價錢同服務完全唔成正比。每人700幾蚊,但就擺出呢種愛理不理嘅態度。

以前一直都想試溫野菜, 由於價格偏貴, 所以一直都不捨得食, 直至知道銅鑼灣店 有放題 提供, 於是便趁機嚐嚐, C餐 日本國產牛.火之本豚食之放題 [65品]店舖裝修非常日系,全店簡潔高雅,以木為主調卡座有竹簾隔開,私隱度高,而且環境不會嘈吵,用餐時可以舒適和靜靜地享受美食,{環境舒適度一流}湯底:北海道昆布湯秘傳月見壽喜湯+$10仙人果柚子梳打味道清新而不會太甜肉類質素與預期中差不多,保持集團一貫水準

由於小弟因為飯量比較大成日食放題,每一次食食之前都會上唔同嘅網站睇吓餐廳嘅評價。但有時發覺好似好少人會屎窟痕食最貴嘅放題套餐。所以決定更新吓呢方面嘅資訊,俾大家可以參考吓呢間溫野菜放題其實食咗好多次,今次見佢做期間限定所以決定再嚟食下一嚟到果然有驚喜,今次期間限定嘅熊本和牛肉眼有啲料到,有別於平時食嘅牛肩胛同埋其他次一等嘅部位,肉眼呢啲一線嘅牛肉部位果然係唔同啲入口即溶,但相對地都係比較肥膩,不過我揀得食和牛就係鍾意呢啲感覺。湯底嘅話個人都係推介返壽喜湯攞嚟配和牛真係絕配溫野菜比其他餐廳好嘅地方就係你係咁refill佢啲牛質素都唔會有特別多嘅下降。其他海鮮都幾出色特別係個帶子好大粒解凍都做得幾好。不過生蠔就質素一般入口有苦澀味。小弟第一次寫食評有啲乜嘢不足嘅地方請多見諒
