To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗌左幾個小菜 食完 想加多兩個 西檸雞 煎肉餅 光頭佬落單 等左廿分鐘 冇影 問番光頭佬有冇落單 大大聲實牙實齒話有落 好 繼續等 等到半個鐘 真係頂唔順 出去食支煙先 食食下光頭佬行出黎係我面前催丫姐話仲有兩個餸未到 但煎肉餅講左做蒸肉餅 我提一提光頭佬話係煎肉餅唔係蒸肉餅 佢叫我自己出去廚房講話係煎肉餅唔係廚房就蒸左架喇 我想下光頭佬先生 我洗唔洗幫你出埋糧？ 入到廚房個丫姐仲要串77 煎定蒸丫？光頭佬先生 冇記性就唔好講到咁實牙實齒喇廢柴
