To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

招牌厚切豬扒喇沙 ($64)喇沙麵底係摻摻 即係油麵加米粉入面仲有豆卜芽菜魚蛋同埋糖心蛋湯底係好重嘅東南亞香料味道有啲人可能會唔鍾意同埋佢好似係用椰奶(?)識落冇椰漿咁漏咁霸道然後想講吓佢塊豬扒係真係炸得好好食香口得來又唔會成口油舊肉好冧好鬆化 調味又唔會過鹹不過因為佢份量都大所以食食下都係會有啲漏焗咖哩雜菜農夫包 配厚切豬扒 ($88)可以揀新加坡或者印度咖喱 佢話就話前者辣啲 但係其實都唔辣個包烘到好脆身 冇話俾啲汁浸到冧哂建議勇者先至挑戰分量大到覺得冇可能食得晒
