To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁岩去開紅磡附近,唔熟唔又唔知食乜,有人提出「朝聖」,於是跟隨友人嘅步伐,眼前就係鼎鼎大名嘅「加太賀」,一間未見其店都會先聞其聲嘅日本餐廳!🔹環境:雖然我未去過全盛時期嘅加太賀,但係都知道佢而家縮左水唔少。門口裝潢同埋柔和燈色配合得幾好,幾有舊派和風感覺,但門口易拉架就非常港式,當係懷念舊香港嘅情懷(聽講以前嘅加太賀差唔多係獨大,好把炮!)。入座後,會發覺佢大部分物品都充滿香港氣息,包括茶餐廳常見品牌嘅調味料同埋座墊,所以當佢係舊時港式日本菜去食啦(老香港嘛)。🔹花之戀:以前睇獎門人成日聽到獎品「由加太賀送出花之戀二百件」,聽都聽到熟曬,但就要等到十幾廿年後嘅今日先食。賣相黎講都唔錯,唔會砌到朵花溶溶爛爛,由四片三文魚砌出黎,厚度同油脂都適中,配個爽口蟹籽同開胃沙律醬,的確係配合得宜!朝聖嘅角度更加係值得一食添!🔹希靈魚刺身:魚肉同魚籽嘅比例就一半一半,醃得唔會太酸,開胃前菜咁食都唔錯(個人中意魚籽比例多啲,食落爽啲嘛!),食落都係新鮮嘅!🔹海鮮燒餅:叫多個飽肚燒餅食,試枱時熱辣辣,加上沙律醬、燒汁同埋七味粉,食落味道豐富。加上海鮮都唔少,有蝦同魷魚,每人都食左兩三件,味道唔錯又夠飽!
