To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔炸醬真係好啱我口味，雖則話三哥先最正宗，但係都抵唔過我鐘意譚仔嘅口味，所以我來親都只會揀譚仔，食慣咗譚仔嘅味，反而三哥就還好。我每次來都係獨沽一味炸醬麻辣3小，個炸醬甜甜哋，好好味，單餸個炸醬係最多㗎，所以我唔會加餸，我只要都係食佢個炸醬。之前個口水雞翼我都好鐘意，唔知點解依家無咗，佢嘅麻辣味又係令我好回味，可惜。米線佢煮得啱啱好，好幼嘅，好有咬口，爽滑又唔會硬，有哋鋪頭煮到發漲淋晒咁，呢到無啲咁嘅問題。不過個湯就認真嘛嘛啦，好似越做越咸咁，希望可以改善啦，咁樣真係好難令人成日去食㗎。唔知幾時多咗個掃QR code點餐，不過個QR code係要等counter 俾嘅，叫得譚仔遮遮過來都順手點埋餐啦，仲等佢個code咩？
