To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港好少有得食蒙古菜，今日就同朋友試下呢間喺太子的餐廳!孜然羊肉串 $45三串好怕食肉串啲肉係乾身。呢到燒啲羊肉係嫩嘅，調味都無太重手，好食👍燒椒皮蛋 $48用搗蒜碗同棒上，我地首先試下原隻皮蛋食。然後我地就搗碎啲皮蛋同蒜食，發現原來皮蛋加埋茄子蓉、蒜、辣椒係咁夾，大推！燒茄子 $28調味到位，有水準👍小菜套餐都配大大碗飯，仲有嘢飲送，非常超值!蔥燒羊腩飯 $88羊腩大大舊，啲洋蔥、辣椒、同蔥爆香炒，有穫氣又香口！水煮魚飯 $88份量好夠，有成條魚！啲魚係滑，調味都恰當！📍羊滋味 (太子)太子界限街20號地舖
