千張豆葉紙: 呢個豆葉紙,其實我覺得真係好特別,喺香港我未食過一塊類似腐皮嘅食物,可以薄到咁嘅程度,同埋佢有濃濃的豆味,呢一度菜相當不錯。

新竹米粉: 呢一個新竹米粉其實都幾特別,因為佢呢一個米粉,佢個粉係相當之幼細。 另外你煮呢一個粉嘅時候,其實唔需要太長嘅時間去煮,所以你夾埋個湯底一齊食嘅話,係非常之正嘅。

Overall呢一間台式火鍋店,我個人係非常之推薦,因為依家正直係秋冬時間,所以食火鍋係十分之合適,同埋我覺得佢呢一間店個湯底非常之特別,再加上佢啲配料食物質素都幾新鮮,如果有人出去打邊爐嘅話,可以嚟呢一度試下。
