今年沒有冬天, 聖誕節都過了天氣侬然熱辣辣。但我愛打邊爐嘅心一啲都冇變過, 特別係台式麻辣鍋, 食起嚟特別痛快!今晚原定去吃麻辣火鍋, 奈何前幾日BBQ完勁上火, 所以家姐就話要戒戒口, 於是我地改叫酸菜白肉鍋, ,裡面有海量豬腩肉片跟酸菜, 又有湯頭酸酸地,加上超甜粟米同蕃茄, 開胃得嚟又香濃。佢啲豬腩肉片好爽脆, 食落一點都不油, 連一路話怕怕嘅家姐都吃不停。牛肉我要左安格斯肥牛, 貪佢肉質夠香夠滑, 有牛味。雖然話怕上火, 但都係忍唔住點左黃金炸魚皮同台式臭豆腐, 兩樣都咁香口, 特別係臭豆腐, 頗正宗。為左中和番, 所以點左一份白玉, 即係白蘿蔔, 超好味, 煲腍後索左湯汁, 入口香甜,一啲根都冇。因為豬肉同牛肉份量好多, 所以丸物我地只點了墨魚滑。墨魚滑幾有墨魚味,而且彈牙, 幾好味。因為我地唔知湯底已經有寬粉條(傻瓜瓜一對), 所以仲加左一份。不果因為佢煮完之後勁索味, 所以我地就算好飽都KO左一半😅。

I had a Ginseng Soup base Hot Pot suggested to try with homemade Wontons 8 pieces and prince ramen noodles (2). It was hot, bubbly, alright and sweet with all the corns, red dates and herbal things. It took me about 1hour or so to finish my evening meal.

新竹米粉: 呢一個新竹米粉其實都幾特別,因為佢呢一個米粉,佢個粉係相當之幼細。 另外你煮呢一個粉嘅時候,其實唔需要太長嘅時間去煮,所以你夾埋個湯底一齊食嘅話,係非常之正嘅。

Overall呢一間台式火鍋店,我個人係非常之推薦,因為依家正直係秋冬時間,所以食火鍋係十分之合適,同埋我覺得佢呢一間店個湯底非常之特別,再加上佢啲配料食物質素都幾新鮮,如果有人出去打邊爐嘅話,可以嚟呢一度試下。

為慶祝朋友生日,一行三人決定打邊爐。早幾日已經訂好台,打算搵間貴少少,不是任食果種邊爐就可以邊傾邊食,好開心。點知原來只可以食2個鐘。未夠鐘不斷叫我們埋單。野都未食完就叫了我們5,6次已經夠鐘,要求我們離開真心難受。我們叫了椰子雞湯底,味道清清地唔錯。還會俾埋佢之前未用完的椰青俾你自己加,加分最期待佢的即炸響零,好脆!因為怕食唔哂叫了半份而已。而個餃拼盤就一般般牛肩個樣有點黑,但味道都算 ok。手打丸都好食,夠彈牙!
