To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到旺角一個人唔想食茶餐廳我就諗起蘇媽蘇媽，呢度有正宗馬拉菜。首先我叫咗個砂鍋老鼠粉，正宗砂鍋元鍋上，好有鑊氣。老鼠粉配上生打雞蛋，再配合秘製肉攪勻佢。非常惹味醒胃。仲有佢哋秘製大量麻辣醬好鬼惹味。之後我就叫咗一杯小甜小冰的馬來西亞拉茶，拉茶好滑漏入口清純。非常之解渴。最後我就叫咗一碟檳城香炸滷肉，全手工製作的檳城香炸滷肉一碟共有三條，每條都炸到脆卜食落油唔覺好油，真心製作腩肉唔太肥膩入口即溶。香脆彈牙送酒水之選。
