To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

需要獨自快樂的時候,除了會到茶餐廳外,我也喜歡去燒味店的,這天就去了永合隆。來一碟叉燒燒肉飯,轉個頭,阿姐話叉燒賣晒,建議要油雞。但我心情不好,偏不吃雞,改叫豬脷,結果又是售罄。最後,仍是不吃雞,要燒鵝。燒肉上桌,陣陣焦香,吃起來咸香十足,雖然是比較肥了一點,但我倒是沒問題。至於燒鵝,外皮沒有脆口感覺,雖然肉質好韌,但吃得一口油,那就不太好。下次有機會,要吃回叉燒。
