一門是一間日本料理館,在銅鑼灣已經經營了很久,聽聞最出名的是厚燒玉子。今天星期六下午,一個人走去一門吃午餐,點了照燒帆立貝飯套餐$88,附有前菜,麵豉湯和飲品,和蟹肉厚玉子$65。令人驚喜的是蟹肉厚玉子,真的是用蟹肉做的,不是仿蟹柳,而且蛋味香濃嫩滑,的確必食的招牌菜。至於燒帆立貝套餐,醬汁很惹味,有五粒帆立貝,配菜有飛魚子,京葱和小香菇。熱騰騰的麵豉湯挺足料,菜也很多。這份午餐吃得飽飽,大滿足!
