To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

送上台已覺得強勁氣勢,渚煙露華濃台山蟹味,蟹非常大隻,蟹膏的份量叫你覺得驚人,可惜我怕太肥,只吃了蟹腳,但也覺香氣迫人。

嬌豔鮮茄老蛋煎腸粉名字出色,吃更出色,單尾不是炒麵不是炒飯不是炒米,反而是煎米粉,蛋香又煎得香脆,值得吃多點,只感嘆腸粉太少了。

最後甜品係蛋白撞雪燕杏仁茶拼香煎倫敦白糖糕,杏仁茶的香和好有質感的白糖糕絕對是適合的句點,枱上位位食到好飽都要食清哂,可見這裡水準甚佳。

說是驚喜連連,絕不為過,係新潮與傳統的中間有個極平衡的位置,而且很新鮮,有幾個傳統的味道也做到了意思不到的效果,我想,來一次你自然會感受到那種新舊交錯的快感。
