To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

帝都酒店入面這間玉庭都有一段時間沒有去，剛剛上星期日同屋企人飲茶發覺點心味道唔錯，埋單時送了一張七五折晚飯coupon，於是今日同屋企人再來試試他們的晚飯，這裏環境舒適， order咗佢哋推介的脆皮千層糯米乳豬， 這個手工做得很精緻， 廚師亦好細心把脂肪去除，配埋糯米薄薄一片， 外脆內軟這樣配搭不會覺得肥膩。這條鹽燒烏頭很大條， 啖啖肉配埋豆瓣醬非常鮮甜美味。還有這個柚子陳皮骨做得很出色，各人都很喜歡， 值得一讚就是他們的柚子肉一粒粒配埋陳皮絲很甘香酸酸甜甜非常 惹味又開胃。萬佛寺齋煲和淮山雲耳炒蜜豆， 賣相雖然一般，但味道唔錯，欣賞他們做到少油少鹽，感覺健康。這次晚飯大家都非常滿足。
