To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前睇啲KOL嘅IG見到呢一間火鍋店好特別，成間古代嘅青樓咁樣，環境超級適合打卡，所以一直都想嚟影吓相。呢一日放假終於約到朋友嚟啦！去到門口見到紅噹噹就知道冇去錯地方，餐廳裝修好傳統，掛滿紅燈籠，有種穿越返返去古代嘅感覺👍🏻入到去整體嘅氣氛都好好，無論係座位定係餐牌嘅設計都好有心思，配合返青樓嘅風格，例如將餐牌命名為賣身契，老闆真係好識玩😂我哋去嗰日仲有抽籤活動，我哋抽中咗九折優惠，有個意外驚喜🤩一間餐廳除咗環境，食物都好重要，我哋食得出呢度嘅食物都係好新鮮，靚嘅環境加靚嘅食材，貴少少都係值嘅！我哋當日叫咗個蕃茄湯同埋麻辣湯，至於材料方面就叫咗手切本地牛頸脊、西班牙黑毛豬肉片、蝦肉粒蝦滑、芝士竹輪卷、響鈴、滑豆腐同埋寬薯粉，仲有兩杯凍飲，買單大概$1000！
