嗰隻秘製醬汁同日式燒肉汁好似。幾大煲蜆,但其實湯底本身冇味,所以淨係靠啲蜆出味,之後淥牛肉都差少少。睇pad落單會睇到,將隻牛的確分左好多部位,好有gimmick,雖然每碟大概$50-70,但每塊牛肉都薄到呢,我就唔係好試到/食得出咩味。加上原本個蜆湯好淡。Menu選擇唔多,冇咩餃冇咩丸,比起平時打邊爐,你要有決心淨係想食牛先好黎。🌚我之後應該都會食返出面餐廳啲基本牛肉算,搞咁多野唔識欣賞,唔想扮專家搞到食唔飽😂一般!
