To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日Lunch,同事帶我坐叮叮去灣仔食台灣菜。12點45分左右到達,人不算多。見到抗疫餐牌,就點了個很養生的薑母鴨米線。上菜的時候,有少少驚訝,鴨肉很多。鴨肉是‘淋’,但又未到一咬就散開的程度。湯底是有淡淡的藥材味,亦唔咸。最欣賞的是橙色的醬,有淡淡的腐乳味和很微很微的辣,鴨肉配這個醬令人食唔停口!同事點了肉燥飯和滷水拼盤,份量亦很多,食了滷水雞翼,雞肉滑又入味。同事說其他滷味都不錯。總括來說,值得一試!
