To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 藍色油漆、老爺相機、活字印刷機一切都可以在這裡找到...原來1963是餐廳唐樓的年份,「木十豆寸」是「樹」的拆字,只是唐樓旁邊有一棵樹,就誕下這個名字環境好有特色,留下懷舊味道,去之前記得要book位,walk-in基本上是冇機會,因為太多人幫襯滷肉飯套餐 $65有豬耳、雞翼、蛋、蘿蔔、豆干等,幾豐富台式滷水拼盤🤤仲配有滿滿肉躁飯,不過飯唔夠熱,同埋滷水味道偏淡,滷得唔夠耐,顏色都是較淺排骨滷肉飯 $70賣相就一般,滷肉比較肥,好多肥膏,排骨睇落好乾,不過味道可接受,質感較薄,同埋唔算入味
