To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假去愉景灣行下,幫襯咗呢間新開嘅中菜。大堂樓底超高,窗外望到好多花草樹木, 加上當日陽光好好,真係好舒服, 香港好少酒樓有咁嘅環境。今次5個人嚟,試咗幾樣點心同小食,質素都唔錯,特別推薦蝦餃,大大粒之餘蝦肉新鮮同好彈牙。手袋千絲酥係佢哋嘅推介,個皮好鬆化,入面牛肉碎唔會太鹹。朋友喜歡香口野所以試埋個煎鍋貼,個皮厚薄適中,個人唔鍾意啲肉太肥,呢個就啱啱好。菠蘿叉燒包個皮同埋餡料味道都ok,不過熱啲就更好。另外試咗個素鵝,外脆內軟,食素嘅人可以試下。整體嚟講食物質素唔錯,味道唔會太濃,感覺似乎冇乜味精,適合鍾意健康飲食嘅人,但係可能係新開,啲員工仲係有啲唔熟手。下次會嚟食晚飯,試下佢啲小菜!
