To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境可以，餐具簡約精緻，燈光柔和舒適 5分Serving cool得黎都有禮Americano Hot 3分好多店都會沖得好老，飲落囉(確)喉，佢尚算舒服，口感不錯。Cold brew coffee 4分賣相吸引，輕微果酸味，不錯嘅。流心焦糖蛋撻 3.5分原來有脆餅碎係面但我個個冇，個人不好，所以算鳥。開頭見佢廚房遞出黎，以為係reheat左，點知皮係微溫，蛋係凍嘅。提出換個個女侍都有禮，換得舒服，第2個送黎係皮熱嘅，蛋係微暖。整體食落，蛋係口感好味嘅，如果蛋香濃啲更好，甜度適中。流心焦糖今次流出黎嗱，個人唔係太好。餅底應該係類似酥皮，幾好嘅。糖不甩麻糬曲奇 2分舊底茶記或美式曲奇嘅死甜。個人口味麻糬份量多一半以上會更好芝麻戚風蛋糕 3.5分芝麻cream 好味嘅, 甜度最適中, 蛋糕口感正裝飾個3粒日本粉圓未熟透，外軟內硬好味，但沒驚喜。俾劣係好希望食物味道有大改善，睇完其他熱食劣評真係唔會想試。唔好浪費左其他好嘅配套。例子$68食一個餐腸腿蛋通真係要味道好出色先對得住個價錢。
