To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我曾經懷疑自己上一世是星馬人,不知為何特別喜愛吃喇沙,經常以喇沙為我的午餐或晚餐。芝士焗馬沙文咖哩蟹配多士最面層是厚厚的芝士,一打開,裏面就是滿滿的蟹肉,咖喱味濃郁,將它塗在脆口的麵包上,入口滿足。龍蝦喇沙湯烏冬與平時的喇沙湯底不同,看着並不覺得辣,但放入口卻覺得湯底有鮮和辣味,結果一滴湯也沒有剩。麵條換成烏冬,雖烏冬彈牙掛汁,可是我覺得油麵和米粉較適合做喇沙。香草梳乎厘要等25分鐘都是值得,香氣撲鼻,夠熱又軟綿綿。環境是一個 字型設計,枱的擺位密麻麻,不太舒適。女侍應較男侍應細心體貼,個別的男侍應有點粗魯。
